Bacon Lettuce Tomato with Guacamole

Makes 4 Servings

1/2 pound bacon (8 to 10 slices)
4 whole grain sandwich rolls, halved
1/2 cup guacamole (prepared or homemade)
4 thin slices tomato
8 lettuce leaves, washed and dried

Cook the bacon according to package directions until crispy. Pat well between paper towels to remove excess fat. To make the sandwiches, spread 1 tablespoon of guacamole on both sides of each roll.
